I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
For the graduate program, the first step was going through the online assessment that involved questions relating to problem solving and behavioural questions.
The next step was a video recorded interview, then lastly the assessment centre following a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager of the area you had applied for.
Quite a long process but overall not too difficult if you are familiar with completing many graduate job applications.

Question 1
Q: Reason why you want to work at Deloitte?
Q: Your background experience?
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
I interviewed at Deloitte (Manchester, Inglaterra)
Interview
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

Tell us about a time you managed multiple deadlines.
There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
