Interview
The interview takes place about 1 hour.
You'll be sitting 1-1 with the interviewer and he/she will basically asks you about your experience and mainly about yourself.
The interviewer will also then ask you about why are you interested in Audit and how well you understand the basic concepts of accounting.

What did you do during your internship as an auditor?
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
