Interview
5 interviews. HR Questions about myself, my 5 year plan, my strenghths and weaknesses. Other questions were about my skills, and mutliple guesstimates such as number of tea drinkers in India etc was asked during the interview. They gave me scenarios about situations relevant to Project management, change management and strategy development
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
