I was interviewed by a Senior Manager. It felt like a chill conversation. No technical questions were asked as they are aware that you have no prior experience. They really appreciate it when you come prepared with actual detailed enthusiastic questions such as (1) What is something you find lacking in previous interns that you wish for them to improve?, (2) Will there be opportunities for me to be entrusted with higher responsibilities to get the most out of my experience over time? and so forth. The interviewer was more than happy to answer these and share her career progression experience when asked.
