Crate and Barrel interview questions

It was fairly easy and simple common questions. i was first interviewed by the on-floor sales manager and then few mins after interviewed by the office manager. she on-spot told me that I'm hired and introduced me to the store manager. i then was invited to come back the next day to complete some of the paper work which took about an hour and was invited to come in on the weekend. on the weekend i receive online training and by the end of that, i was given my schedule.

The interview is relatively low key and pretty standard for the type of position. There wasn't anything unexpected and it felt pretty informal. Overall it was simple and casual. The managers were pretty easy to read and talk to. If you've interviewed for one retail job, you will likely be fine in this position.
