Crate and Barrel interview questions

It was very long, they asked a lot of important questions and we thoroughly went over my resume. They especially wanted to know about my current role and things that I did in school that would help prepare me for this role.

I received an email asking me select a time to call in. I selected a Saturday I did a short over the phone interview. I was asked about my background in customer service and my education. Then I was told I'd made it to the next step and was asked to come in to the office for an interview. After the second interview, I was hired on the spot.
