Crate and Barrel interview questions

Fairly quick. I meet with both the manager and the department manager. Asked my favorite product. Once I interviewed I heard back within a few days. Great company to work for and learn the business. The interviewer was new in the position so it was more conversational. Which helped.

One phone interview, followed by an in person interview in which I had to prepare information on how I would be able to sell a piece of furniture to the sales manager and general manager
