Crate and Barrel interview questions

A phone interview, then an in person with the District Manager, and lastly a in person with the store manager. The first was a quick pleasant. The second came a few days later and it was a full hour. The third was a full hour.

Three interviews, one phone with the recruiter, two in person one with different directors I would be working with and one with the manager and director I would report to. I got the offer and accepted and they gave me an adequate amount of time to wrap things up at my previous job as well as enjoy the holidays with my family. The offices were impressive and everyone I encountered was very kind.
