I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel
Interview
Applied to an open position online. Conducted a phone interview (~10 min) the next day, followed by an in-person interview (~30 min) a few days later. Had a job offer the next day. In person interview went through some standard personality questions, an overview of the position, and confirmed availability. Felt more like a natural conversation which I think was more the point. The in-person interview is designed to see how you would fit in with the team.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel (Boston, MA) in Jun 2018
Interview
That was the only thing that went well. I was charmed into this position. I was told I would make one salary. After I started I found that this was not true. I was told I was hired the day of the interview. I also found this not true as I had to go through a ridiculous process with a manager who had no clue what she was doing and another manager who did not care.
