Interview
I received an email asking me select a time to call in. I selected a Saturday I did a short over the phone interview. I was asked about my background in customer service and my education. Then I was told I'd made it to the next step and was asked to come in to the office for an interview. After the second interview, I was hired on the spot.

Interview
I was called in to interview and sat down with the director and both the manager for furniture and toy division, separately. It was fairly easy and they were super nice. I got a call the same day with a job offer. I had to leave after working 5 months but it was a great place to work. Fun toys to look at and had I stayed, I know I would have moved within the company which I was hoping to do but family obligations required me to quit.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no unusual interview questions. They asked basic questions you would be asked at any interview. None of the questions were creative. They asked: Tell me about your background? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are you looking for? How do you view customer service? How would you handle an angry and upset customer, or how have you done that in the past?
