Multipart (3) with several people at differing level (hiring manager, HR, department manager, Assistant General Manager), but possibe to occur on the same day and be hired on the spot.

Give one time you had an obstacle, and how you overcame it.
After applying, there was zero communication. The location was hiring for several positions and I did not get an interview. After taking to a few other people, this is pretty common for Costco.
