Continental Developer interview questions

Went through their interview process for about 3 weeks or so. They said they will give me an offer for which I had to wait almost 6 months. After I told them that I won't accept the ammount they were offering they started to say that they can't even pay me the ammount I was getting paid at the time but what they were offering was professional experience. I mean... 70% of my motivation to work is money... They make billions in profit and are still not flexible regarding their salary caps... No thank you
