It was very quick and relatively easy, the people that are interviewing you are very friendly. I sent in my application first and then a day later I had to schedule an interview. The interviewee also got back to me with a hiring decision a day later as well.

Question 1
How would you deal with multiple customers at a time?
Collage does not have a clearly defined strategy or direction regarding the future of the company or how they specifically intended to compete in the busy market. I ask the same strategy question in every interview I didn't get any consistency across the answers. Leadership (EXECUTIVES) were described as overly hands-on, at times limiting the progress of teams and the product.
I had positive experiences with each interviewer. Conversations were pleasant, easy-going and conversational based. I felt like I could easily work along side with them.
In one of the interviews, I spoke verbally about the problem space that was presented in the take-home assignment. However, upon completion of the assignment, it was game over with little context as to why they will not pursue my candidacy.
Collage offered to provide feedback when taking them up on the offer. They don't respond failing to follow through. I'm left feeling like I was used for free labor and intellectual thought after submitting a viable completed assignment.
I'm glad it didn't continue further. If a company is going to treat candidates like this I can only imagine how they treat actual employees.
I applied online. I interviewed at Collage.com in Feb 2020
Interview
I liked the process of many short interviews and coding challenges spread out over the course of several weeks. The number of interviews was a bit grueling, although none of the individual steps seemed harder than expected. The recruiter got back to me quickly and regularly.
