Cognizant Trainee Programming Analyst interview questions

Mainly 3 rounds involved in on-campus process. 1)Aptitude Test. 2)Technical Round. 3)HR Round. One can crack the first level by practicing well. Aptitude questions includes logical part, verbal part, and maths.Technical round includes question mainly from C,Java,DBMS, Data Structure,Software Engineering,Operating System. In case of departments other than IT/Computer Science technical questions from their core subjects are also asked. In HR round usual HR level question were asked. Confidence, Good Communication skills, Smartness, and good technical skills are the key.

The written exam consisted of questions from General Aptitude, English and Reasoning. After written exam, PI was conducted. 3 Universities were eligible for this company. PI was conducted according to the serial number and it lasted for around 15-20 minutes. There were around 30 panels for the interview.
