Simple behavioral questions, I made it one round past the phone screen. Everyone was generally nice. Be prepared to speak to your experiences and how they will benefit Citi. I thought the process was fair and they were open enough.
First round with 2 phone interviews. Both had a theoretical and fit part. In the theoretical part, I was asked about evaluating the sale of a company based on how the EV/EBITDA multiple post-transaction would change. The fit part was regarding "tell me about a time" and in which parts of the IBD I could imagine working.
