Cisco Customer Service Representative interview questions

You have at least 4 interviews, mine were over the phone. Typically you have at least 5 interviews with management and team members. People do ask you about your background, skills, what would you do in order to create a 30-60-90 day plan.

On campus interview, followed by a phone screening, and then three 45 minute back to back to back interviews. Then a final phone interview. During the entire process a lot of situational questions were asked. The interviews also focused on account planning techniques and strategies. The entire process took 30 - 45 days. Very challenging process, but worth it!
