A detailed description of having workplace goals which were somehow falling short and how I caused or was part of the eventual solution.
It was great meeting with people that's wants you to succeed in life. I think that they really reads you and can see if you're the right candidate. I really appreciate how they treated me they didn't make me feel nervous.
Definitivamente una experiencia negativa por el modo en que decidieron concluírla: ghosting. Después de varios intercambios de mails, y dos entrevistas, lo menos que un candidato espera es que cumplan su palabra de avisar acerca del avance del proceso. No veo complicado escribir un email informando que no continuarán teniéndome en cuenta para la posición.
Esta inacción, que considero una falta de respeto al candidato, dice mucho de la cultura organizacional y de los referentes de RRHH. Supongo que es bueno que haya sucedido para saber que aqui no quiero trabajar.
