I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Centene (Sunrise, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
Less than 10 minutes, could not tell who was in charge, they lied in the interview, they bad mouth the recruiting company when one thing was told by the recruiter and they told me something else. Felt trapped as I had given up my other job already. The recruiter did not know what he/she was doing as the job qualifications and hours were not the same when the actual interview occurred.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Centene in Nov 2013
Interview
Three month process that seem to drag on. Unsure what need to be done to target the interview for the job and the candidate they were seaching for to fill the position. Analysis of issues and the reduction of dead wood would have solved many problems. Surface fixes is not the answer.

I received a call for an interview the next day after applying. I was scheduled to interview the following week. At the interview, the interviewer just goes over your resume and wants to talk about work history. The interview was very causual. The interviewer has a score sheet with about 4 questions. I'm still waiting to hear something back.
