Centene interview questions

Starts with a temp agency, then went to the QI manager. The interview then went and talked to the QOC rep and the Appeals/Complaints Coordinator. The interview included going over my personality styles and how they would work with the rest of the team.

Gave me exact instructions as to where to park, and to enter the building. Also, inquired if I had any difficulty with this. Very friendly. Interviewer made me feel comfortable to ask questions, but also explained many concepts of the company. Looked at me as an individual. Made me feel that my presence was important and I would be a valued member of the team. Very impressed!
