Before the interview, I wanted to mention I applied for a different position and was offered to interview for the business office associate. This was something new to me and has never happened before, so I think that it was great that they analyzed my resume holistically and found a place where I would thrive. One-on-one interviews were laid-back and informal. The interviewers were open to many questions and very transparent about company culture and policy.
