Interview experience was very Smooth and very organized. The HR even shared some resources to prepare for the interviews, especially Power Day.
Process : 1. Coding assessment ; 2. Data Challenge Project; 3. Power day where you'll have 4 interviews back to back
Note that you can pass the data challenge and the behavioral and case and data challenge interviews but not get an offer. Process was drawn out due to process inefficiencies. Needed to constantly check in with the recruiter.

Question 1
On power day, 2 case study rounds where the interviewer will provide case details and ask series of questions about the problem and data (give accurate answers and reasoning for your answer). In Data challenge round you have to explain the process and idea behind how you solved the challenge, then you will have series of questions based on your approach and explanation (e.g. why PCA ?, difference in weights obtained in manual and PCA?). Last is behavioral round.
