I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Online application submission followed by mock call center assessment. Got an email for a phone interview invitation. Day came and no one called. Waited about 20 minutes and still nothing. Couple of days later, got a rejection email stating that they are no longer hiring for the position due to business needs. That was odd considering they re-posted the position on Indeed and their website.
I think they only want to hire people that don't really have a future. It saves their Talent Acquisition department the trouble from turn over rates.

Question 1
Would've been great if they had called and asked some questions.

Interview
Everything was done online or over the phone. Easy interview as long as you have worked in customer service for a while. They do a pretend call, even with you knowing nothing about the company-Need to be cheerful, ask if there is anything else you can do for them.

Interview
I believe that Cisco presents the best setup of growth versus value in the networking equipment sector. Specifically, my high conviction investment thesis in Cisco is based on three success pillars. The first pillar is revenue growth, accompanied by a significant rise in operating cash flow. The second pillar is shareholder friendliness or how Cisco treats its shareholders well. The third pillar, as in with every investment, is the current compelling valuation of shares following the recent market turmoil.
