Processo completamente fuori ogni standard di qualità. Comunicazioni inviate ad email sbagliate, assenza di feedback ed assenza di risposte a domande sia verbali che scritte. Dopo aver fatto 4 colloqui, non ho mai ricevuto un feedback ( nè negativo nè positivo ), seppure ho inviato comunicazioni per essere allineato.

Interview

They contacted first. 3 steps interview period took around a month. During the next month they ghosted and did not responded though they were prompt at the interview phase. Most probably they wouldn't inform me If I did not follow-up. Surprisingly unprofessional.

I had two rounds of interview , 1st round was technical discussion with the manager and 2nd round was technical and scenario based questions with Director and Senior director. During the discussion interviewers were friendly and made me comfortable
