I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Feb 2017
Interview
Useless for a graduate guy. No technical test only dependent on aptitude which of no quality to judge the ability of a person to work or to face the client. Hiring the freshers and expecting them to deliver at an associate level is foolishness
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Silchar) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was my first interview and I had a good experience. The Technical interview went perfect followed by the HR interview. The questions were basic level of coding and a little bit advanced on specialized language. I had some questions on Java. All in all, considering this being my first interview, I was very nervous.
