CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I applied online and a week later, I had a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was told that it would take about two weeks to hear back about whether I would move forward in the interview process. After a couple weeks of no word, I was able to schedule an in-person interview.

It was a pretty standard and typical process. Started with a phone screen, progressed to a one-to-one with the expected drug-screen/skills assessment, and run down on benefits/salary. Besides that, I came in prepared and had ample questions to ask which I believe contributed to me ultimately getting the offer.
