CVS Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Deal mainly with recruiters, virtual video submission, interview virtual. Long process time, online application, in person interview two times normal process. Sometimes panel interviews with theee managers. It was a fairly normal interview process but took along time.

Interview was chill, from my own experience. They do ask the typical "name a time when you.." but I mean anybody who has worked in customer service should be able to answer. If not, google is always helpful with tips.
