These recruiters have got to be some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered when it comes to a hiring process. Amanda and Margaux were awful with inept with any forms of communication. What do these people do behind the scenes. Pathetic.
Two phone calls, complete a HireVue video, complete case study, in-person interview. Take a month to reach back out?

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
