CLEAR Operational Compliance Analyst interview questions

I applied , the recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen. The phone screen is simple but they have no decency. After the phone screen 2 weeks nearly went by without the recruiter saying a word to me. I had to reach out to her in order to find out I was rejected. HR should be keeping candidates up to date. HR is pathetic and mediocre, they just ghost you and don't give you any notice and that tells you a lot about the company. I wouldn't recommend applying here.
