Resume shortlisting ( they look for peaks in the resume - I was selected through campus placements), followed by buddy allotment for case interview preparation ( goes on for around a month) and then final interview with company partners consisting of multiple rounds

There were three rounds- a written exam testing basic math & stuff with a short recorded video portion, then live Zoom interviews with junior members like Associates/Consultants, and finally live Zoom interviews with senior employees like Engagement Managers/Partners & Managing Directors.
