I completed my initial HR screening interview, which went very well. Three weeks later, I was invited to the first round with the IT team and the HR Business Partner, and that interview was also successful. After some time, I was called for a second-round panel discussion, where I was given a business case to present and walk through within approximately 50 minutes. This round involved both regional and global IT leaders, and it went smoothly as well. A few months later, I received a job offer and officially joined the company.
