I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
I applied online for a store that wasn't open yet. I got a phone call on Monday asking me to come into one of the other BBWs for an interview 2 days later. It was in the food court in the mall. aside from it being very noisy it was easy and quite relaxed. They started me at a the store I interviewed at until the new store opened. The first day they had a large package for you to read and fill out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Choose a product form the store. Why did you choose it and what do you like about it? Give me your sales pitch. Other than that its pretty much typical interview questions. Mine was a group interview but I have seen them doing one person interviews occasionally.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
Once I applied I received a phone call to come in and interview so I picked the date that worked best for me. You go to the back office of the store and you are asked standard interview questions. They want to know about your last few jobs and if you have any sales experience. Questions about how you helped a customer and how you can get a customer to buy more things. After the interview they do call your references so make sure you have reliable references.

Question 1
Describe a time where you helped a customer and how were you able to ensure that she had a great experience?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Brampton, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
It will either be a group or one on one interview. It is very casual, usual questions as a normal interview. The only thing to "worry" about would be, they give you a product and you have two minutes to sell it to them. Not to worry, not all locations do that.
