I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Bridgewater, NJ) in Dec 2012
Interview
I filled in an application for a seasonal position, and was called in for a group interview shortly thereafter. Basic questions, but felt very competitive because all four of us were answering the same questions as the same time. I made sure to try to look confident and answer first whenever possible.
