Lengthy process that was several phone calls. Limited feedback on what was happening. Once accepted the supervisor had no idea on what was going on. It was not a great impression first up

I only got to the video assessment interview part. There were several practice questions that were available before the actual interview started. It was all pretty standard and straightforward. I’d suggest taking a day or two to prepare first before doing the assessment.
