Argos interview questions

Group interview with paired introductions and two group tasks. Tasks vary but the basics they look for remain the same, ability to work in a team and how you present yourself.

Got a phone call on Saturday, less than a week after applying, asked some questions eg. Why do you want to work at Argos and was invited for a group interview in the Monday. There was only 2 other people in the group interview, after questioned as a group, shown around the stock room, told us about the stock system and asked to give in right to work docs. Got told we would have the decision in 1-2 days but got an offer by phone call 3 hours later
