very easy interview in store around 20 mins simple questions about argos n products and how i could manage in a fast paced environment it was quite informal and they rang back the next day saying i had the job

Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

Interview
The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
