I applied online. I interviewed at Argos (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The interview process can vary significantly depending on the company, industry, and the specific role you are applying for. However, a typical interview process may include the following stages:
1. **Application Submission**: You submit your application, typically including your resume and cover letter.
2. **Screening**: The company may conduct an initial screening interview, usually over the phone, to discuss your background and assess your fit for the role.
Process was positive good communication and offer received in good time. Nice interviewer and sensible questions asked
Received a phone call first and then was invited in for an in person interview
This was a really bad interview. It felt very rushed and informal. I got the impression that the interviewer hadn’t prepped and was just free styling. I never heard anything after the interview which was disappointing as I value any feedback.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Argos (Manchester, Inglaterra) in May 2025
Interview
I applied for a Sales Assistant role at Argos and found the process to be quite enjoyable overall. The interview stage took about two weeks from start to finish. During the interview, I was asked questions such as “How would you deal with a difficult customer?”, “Why do you want to work at Argos?” and “Can you give an example of when you worked well in a team?”. Although I wasn’t offered the role in the end, I found the experience positive and a good opportunity to practice my interview skills.
