i had applied online and didn't hear back for maybe around 6-8 weeks then had got called for an interview, it was a one-to-one interview then had to go onto the floor during the interview to talk to a customer to see how I would be with the customer.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
