Typical interviews will be first by the recruiter, who won't actually have a lot of technical knowledge.
Then you're CV will be forwarded to the hiring manager, who will screen and shortlist. That manager (who is the person you will likely report to eventually) will initially have a phone interview to sound out your relevant technical skills and get a feel for for you. This will then proceed to a 1:1 in person interview with that manager and possibly others from other teams you would be working with. This is the most important interview - generally they want to see you can handle yourself and work autonomously - so be intelligent, confident, honest. Ethics are a big deal. You will prob have a phone interview with the 2nd line manager at some point too. Finally you will need to pass a police check, and then you will get an offer. The offer will likely be below industry standard, and they tend not to negotiate much on $$$. This entire process usually takes several months.
