I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anonymous Content
Interview
The interview process was easy. They asked very basic questions that you would expect in an interview, however, some of the questions they wanted to know had nothing to do with the job or you as an employee. It really seemed that all they cared about was making sure you were a fun and outgoing person who could fit into their office. They care more about you being a good looking guy who was in a fraternity in college rather than making sure you are qualified for the job.
They put you in a room and make you wait for people to come in and interview you. And they all ask almost the same questions. After one person is done talking to you they say "let me see if I can find someone else to talk to you" so basically they have no one lined up who wants to see if you are qualified or not.
At the end of the day, this is a big waste of time and a SCAM. The recruiters have to make a quota each week of how many people they can bring in for potential jobs even if there are no jobs available at the moment. They hunt down recent college graduates who are hopeful for their first real world job and waste their time by leading them down a rabbit hole.
Unless you need to brush up on your interview skills- don't waste your time.
