Employers very optimistic during hiring process and initial interview, however when expecting phone call back as expected and stated during the interview; employers do not bother calling back. In essence, calling them back is like begging them to hire me. Even though I am not prideful and have called to check on the status. Employers leave you waiting forever. apparently thinking that they really don't have an urgent need to hire and that they are just advertising only for no reason known.
