The process was extremely long.
First a culture test that is done online.
Then an interview with the on and off premise sales managers.
Then a final interview with HR and the director.
The process took even longer because someone in India was responsible for all the scheduling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot about what I learned from last work experience and school.
Video call to start with two people then an 8 hour interview/shadowing day on the business premises. Interview questions were common and straightforward, no real curveballs. Technical difficulties on video call but good other than that.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Leuven, Flemish Brabant) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had a good interview experience, very structured and probably took +/- 1 hour:
- Tell me more about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, ...
- Do you fit into the ABI company culture
- Case studies
- Languages (Dutch, French and English)
