I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Leuven, Flemish Brabant) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had a good interview experience, very structured and probably took +/- 1 hour:
- Tell me more about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, ...
- Do you fit into the ABI company culture
- Case studies
- Languages (Dutch, French and English)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Why ABI? Which value do you connect the most with?
- Case study:
You get an excel sheet with cafe owners, what are your steps to contact all of them in an efficient way?
How will you sell our new beer to a cafe owner who isn't convinced to take this new product in his selection of beers in his cafe?
Really easy process. Only two rounds of interviews and they asked pretty straightforward common interview questions. First interview with hr and marketing head and then second interview with head of sales and head of AB seattle.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Canton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
It was a short, casual interview. The hiring manager didn't ask many questions, just described what the job was like and how they were very laid back unless the supervisor was visiting.
The process was extremely long.
First a culture test that is done online.
Then an interview with the on and off premise sales managers.
Then a final interview with HR and the director.
The process took even longer because someone in India was responsible for all the scheduling.

Question 1
A lot about what I learned from last work experience and school.
