Cultural fit Test - Phone Interview- Individual Business Case Interview - Structured interview.... it is still going on so I'm not sure what will come next
In phone interview, interviewer check your English skills (you don't have to be like natives but you must know how to express your opinion in English)
In IBC, you have to present your decision after reading materials for 40 min.
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
