First round is a case interview where you have to choose two products to sell, key is to be very quantitative in your analysis but in order to really stand out you need to have all the number and brainstorm some creative ideas. More about your logic than getting the right number
Behavioral round - do as much research on the company as possible, really helpful to know a variety of their marketing campaigns for their brands
Panel interview in NY - be confident and conversational. This is not a competition between you and the other interviewees they can hire all or none of you so do not try to make it a competition. Just be candid and show your personality!
