I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amdocs (Pune) in Mar 2014
Interview
Coding Round - Fairly generic as they come - AMCAT and eLitmus stuff
Technical Round - Java, J2EE, C, DataStructures, Algorithms, Physics
HR Round - The interviewer looked tired and was basically droning her questions and putting ticks in her form.
Inspite of taking the interview in Java, I was placed in a dead-end Mainframe job. And it happened to almost everyone I know who applied for Java.
