A round of 5 interviews. The whole process was very messy and unorganized, long emails with messy content with irrelevant prep info, copy-pasted with different fonts and sizes. For example, there was a virtual preparation meeting to which they provided a link, but then no one joined the meeting for 20 minutes, after which someone let all 50 participants know that they gave us the wrong link and we needed to connect to a different link. So we missed the first 20 minutes, no one apologized or made an effort to let us know what we missed. The person giving the prep talk had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand, and there was hardly any time for Q&A.
