I applied in-person. I interviewed at Amazon Robotics (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon Robotics (Northborough, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Intense - I highly suggest doing your research if applying for a leadership position. They heavily lean on the Amazon Leadership Principles and your providing very specific examples to each principle.

Interview
The time is really long-- five rounds, lots of duplicated questions and behavior question. Such as your altitude to users' feed back, your attribution to your team, looks like want to hire a sales engineer
