I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Dubai) in Nov 2022
Interview
I hear back after one week. There are only two rounds that happen on one day (back to back, 1 hour each). No HR interview round; directly meet with 1 person from the team to do an Excel case study and then another also from the team for the behavioral interview. Excel case study: 40 min to work on it, 10 min to present. They send it to you through Amazon Chime chat and allow you to turn off your camera and mic while you do it. No screen share needed either. Reviewer seemed busy and uninterested; didn’t even introduce themselves. Behavior interview: Only asked 4 questions, but they picked at each answer for details that it took 60 min. Questions were a bit invasive and they never smiled once. Office looks more like a call center; so many employees are cramped into one space… I could barely hear the questions.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to adjust work priorities to meet changing demands.

Interview
It was challenging but something good that everyone should do/look at. I think it makes you think about your career, yourself, and accomplishments. It makes you think about your experiences and the value that you contributed. It is beneficial to at least do, because it makes you realize if you are doing the minimum or truly being more involved and innovative.

Question 1
Most of the questions were experienced/personality based. Most of them are available online, but there are so many, it is possible to prepare for certain ones.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was a standard interview. They ask situational questions like what if scenarios and questions about your experiences. The interviewer was really nice and Amazon seems like a great place to work for
