Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

it was a 5 step process 1.fill up the form. 2.JAM. 3.text versant. 4.voice versant. 5.interview. this was my 2nd interview at amazon the first one i couldn't qualify was but difficult but from the 2nd interview i understand that its the 1st round that you must get through as that is the round which solely depends on the person taking the interview the rounds which come next you can practice for them online.

mainly there were 3 rounds of selection initially there was presentation session further we had to speak up on any topic of our choice then there was versant test and finally the hr interview..
