Was quick, direct, test your knowledge online just listen to what it says and you will be okay. From there wait till they call you in and tell you if you got hired or not. From there a couple more questions asked and then tell you where to get drug tested.

If the customer had a issue, what would I do about it.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
